Our multilevel collaboration with the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki since 2002, with the Technological Educational Institute of Crete since 2009 and with the Technological Educational Institute of the Peloponnese since 2011 plays a crucial role in AGRIS' research mission and involves:
- research for adapting propagating material to different Horticultural zones and measurements of its performance
- vegetable crop monitoring, measurement and documentation systems
- research programmes aimed at searching for hybrids for specific local environments, which are resistant to risks and can be planted in multiple cultivation zones
- integrated management programmes with the utilisation of know-how
The results of research concerning AGRIS hybrids are applied at the Trial Stations in Imathia, Crete and Messenia.
